Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Costante account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and what to know about your subscription first.
Delete from within the app
The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the Costante app:
- Open Settings.
- Go to Account.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
Once you confirm, we process the request and remove your account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete by request
If you can no longer sign in to the app, a direct account-deletion contact channel must be published before public launch. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your account and associated Costante data from active systems, including your profile, trade records, behavioral data, settings, and custom labels. Limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. Residual copies may remain in backup systems for a limited period and are removed or overwritten through ordinary backup-retention processes.
Your subscription is separate
Deleting your Costante account does not cancel any future paid subscription. The applicable cancellation process must be published with the billing provider before public billing is enabled.
